3B:3-28.1.
Where the will of any individual who is not resident in this State at the time
of his death has not been admitted to probate in the state in which he resided
and no proceeding is there pending for the probate of the will, the Superior
Court may admit the will to probate and grant letters thereon if the laws of that
state discriminate against residents of New Jersey either as a beneficiary or
as a fiduciary.
