3B:12-46. Persons for whose benefit expenditures may be made by guardian of wards estate.

The guardian of the estate of a minor or incapacitated person may expend funds of the wards estate under N.J.S.3B:12-43 for the support of persons legally dependent on the ward and others who are members of the wards household who are unable to support themselves, and who are in need of support.
